02 What this site is
This website is an editorial comparison of companies that build smart contracts. It is published by Hexgrid Media Ltd. and is intended as a starting point for research, not as a procurement decision in itself.
The ordering of companies reflects our own reading of public sources against the criteria set out on the homepage. As that page states, position does not represent an objective measure of quality, because suitability depends on the requirements and budget of each reader.
03 No professional advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax or security advice, and nothing here is an offer or recommendation to buy any product, token or service. Smart contract projects carry technical and financial risk, and a contract deployed to a public network usually cannot be quietly corrected.
Before engaging any company listed here, verify its claims directly, review its published work, and obtain an independent security audit of any contract that will control funds or access rights.
04 Independence and disclosure
The companies listed on this site did not pay for inclusion or for their position, and the rankings are not for sale. This is stated on the homepage and we hold ourselves to it.
We may in future accept advertising or commercial arrangements, as described on the Advertise page. If that happens, any paid link will carry the rel="sponsored" attribute and any paid placement will be labelled where it appears, so that it is distinguishable from editorial content.
None of the companies compared here has reviewed or approved the text about them before publication.
05 Accuracy and availability
Company positioning, service lines and technical focus change over time. We compile this page from published case studies, technical documentation and other public sources, but we cannot guarantee that every statement remains current or free from error.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. If you spot something inaccurate, tell us and we will look at it.
06 Intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics and code of this site belong to Hexgrid Media Ltd. or its licensors. You may view the site, and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back to the relevant page.
You may not republish the content in bulk, present it as your own, or use it to train or populate a competing comparison product without written permission.
Company names and marks referred to on this site belong to their respective owners. They are used for identification and comparison only, and their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those companies.
07 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with the operation or security of the site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
- Place unreasonable load on the site through automated requests.
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

This site links to the websites of the companies it compares. Those sites are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, their availability or their handling of your data, and a link is not an endorsement of anything they publish or offer.
Outbound company links open in a new tab. How data is handled once you follow one is covered by that company's own policies, not by ours.

11 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you use the site from another country, you are responsible for compliance with local law.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
